CommentsHello all. I hope that all is well for you. It sounds like things are going good. I can not believe how much the kids are growing! I am so sorry that it has been so long since we have talked. We think about all of you all the time and pray for your safety, health and guidance. I am envious of your adventure! Believe it or not we are moving!!! We are in the process of trying to sell our house and packing. Dan got a job with FEMA (which he is really excited about) out in Denver. We are happy to be going back out west, but I am really ready to go back to Europe for a few years. We hope to be back there within the next five years. I hope to hear from you soon. We love you all!!! Dan, Sandy, Lacey and Emilie

CommentsWE ARE PRAYING FOR YOU DAILY GRANNIE AND ME 1 COR. 6/11
CommentsHi Guys, this is a voice from your deeeeep past, like childhood! I am not a web expert so I think yours is great. I always find it easy to maneuver, you have a nice variety of info and photos, and I especially like the links to other family members. Praise the Lord for all this modern technology... these web sites are real eye openers and the next best things to being there and looking over your shoulder. It gives us much better insight as to what you face daily and instead of waiting months to find out how God is answering our prayers, you do a good job of keeping us updated often. Thanks, and may God continue to bless all your efforts in His Holy name.
Commentsplease go away from here guy man, the big Jeff is here dealing with the Junks

CommentsDear Friend in Christ, Greetings to you in the most wonderful name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. His richest blessings shall be upon you forever. I am P. Ruth Jaiseel Babu Bapatla, India, writing to you in His precious name. I am residing at Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh State in South India. I will pray that you may have a blessed Christmas and a happy New Year may you be filled with joy and peace and a grateful heart as you praise the father on his birthday. Merry Christmas. I am praying remembering you. LUKE 2:9-11 " and, to the angel of the Lord come upon them and the glory of the lord shown round about them, and they were afraid". " and the angle said unto them fear not: for behold I bring you good things of grate joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born on this day a savior who is Christ the Lord" Praise the lord that he sent his only son for us. I am so thankful this season that our savior has come and will return one day for his bride" JESUS The wonderful one. He is greater than any ruler, Mightier than any warrior, Nobler than any king, Wiser than any sage, Bigger than any kingdom, Better than any crown, Lovelier than any name! Worthy of worship, Deserving of praise This Christmas and in the coming year, I wish you more of JESUS. No wish could be higher, No desire more sincere, No Goal more rewarding. " For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given " ISAIAH 9:6 I am running one orphanage for the welfare of 11 orphan children. Once they had struggled a lot at their basic needs like food, clothing, and shelter. But now they are growing on perfect healthy conditions. They are cultivating very good habits under Christian background. I believe they should become as God servants in future. By such a pious target I am train-up them regularly. You kindly bless them on such aspect. Actually I don't have any fixed or regular support from anywhere. I totally depended upon our local contributions. But nowadays it became very problem for me to attain such local contributions. And it is fact to you that any organization based on Christian faith may can't achieve of its necessary rants from India. Here Christians are in minority. They can't reach of their targets as per the existed funds from India. Under this background I need of your kind support. You graciously encourage me on my regular services. Basically I want your good fellowship. We shall remember you daily at our regular prayers. My best wishes to you and to your Church people. I shall wait at your prayerful reply. CommentsI'm glad you guys seem to be doing well and I hope you have a productive time here in the states. Your work is extremly important and I hope you can reach as many people through your ministry as possible! Have a great day, I look foreward to receiving your newsleter.
CommentsHi Laurel and Jason, It was wonderful to see your family picture! It reminded me of all the times we shared with you. We do continue to pray for you and the ministry that you do. Praying also for your girls and the adjustments they are making. We love PA. It is difficult for Charlie at times to be so far from his kids, but hopefully we will have them all summer. The congregation here is very good and solid in what they believe. Evangelism is going a bit slow, but I think that is because they have all lived here their whole life and think everyone either already knows it, so they don't want to! :) So far, we are doing well. Keep in touch! And Laurel, Good Luck on doing more studies for your BA...Hopefully I will get there someday as well. Love and grace in Christ, Sue Plant 208 S. Washington Street Muncy, PA 17756

Throughout the months that Martin and Gracia Burnham have been held hostage in the Philippines, a small number of individuals have made statements that have caused the family some pain. Some of the comments have claimed or inferred that Martin and Gracia are getting what they deserve; and not only are they getting what they deserve, but it is wrong to expect or allow Philippine military and US military to put themselves in harm's way or be killed in an attempt to rescue them. It is important for us all to honor every person's right to make such statements, no matter how painful it may be to those involved. Some additional information may help people better understand, at least the Burnham situation. First, I question whether there is ever a time when a person or couple deserve being ripped away from their children, used as human shield, wounded, chained, left exposed to the elements and then threatened with death if money is not paid, just because they were from a certain country, happened to be celebrating their anniversarybelieve a certain way, look a certain way, or believed they are called by some divine being to help the people of another country. This is especially relevant for a group that is claiming that the existing government is evil and corrupt, while using evil actions to establish their own government. Second, the Burnham kidnapping is really a symptom of much larger problems facing the Republic of the Philippines. Kidnapping is just one aspect of a cancer that has eaten at the Republic of the Philippines for more than a decade. That cancer is the terrorism of the Abu Sayyaf Group against the people of the Philippines. In 2001, the ASG, in just one of their many kidnapping acts, took 25 Europeans and made $21 million in ransom. In the Burnham kidnapping, and ensuing weeks, 37 Filipinos have been kidnapped, 27 ransomed and 10 beheaded. None of these acts had anything to do with the Burnhams. The rebels' acts are aimed only at making money and causing terror and disruption to the people and social order of the Republic of the Philippines Third, it has been said that 50 Filipino military personnel have died trying to rescue the Burnhams. This is not the case. Most of these losses were suffered have occurred on different islands and in the continuing decade long battle of the Philippine government with the ASG. We acknowledge the tragic loss of Philippine troops in countering the kidnapping, but we must point out that they have not been seeking just the release of the Burnhams. Some 30 Filipinos have also been held, and one still is. The stated goal of the US military involvement in the Philippines is to answer the long-term issues of terrorism in the Philippines and the world. One aspect will obviously involve resolving the Burnham incident. Fourth and finally, the Burnhams were not
targeted specifically for who they were, where they were, or what they were doing. The
Burnhams were kidnapped because they happened to be at a location the rebels hoped to find
wealthy tourists to kidnap and ransom to further their agenda.
CommentsHi there. I, like all Americans, am praying for the release of Martin and Gracia Burnham. However, I do not feel sorry for them. As a Roman Catholic with a Filipina wife, we know that the Burnhams as well as other protestant 'missionaries' have no business there, trying to 'convert' a people that has been immersed in the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Faith for nearly 500 years now (thanks to Magellan and Spain). Study Filipino history and see how the US used 'conversion from Catholicism' as one reason in the so-called Philippine Insurrection at the turn of the 1900's to slaughter thousands and thousands of innocent, Christian (Catholic) Filipinos.

I have allowed Patrick's content to remain on this page, but please e-mail me if you have any questions or comments in regards to his statements. Please continue to pray for Martin and Gracia Burnham. Pray for strength, love, endurance, and their safe release. Thank you...Jason Crockett
