A brief respite in St. Louis after shots and before the long flight Hurry up and wait...at the St. Louis airport terminal. Krista with her stuffed animal. Kali with her stuffed animal.

Nicholas with his little Bill. I promise it's not too much! Laurel says some last good byes to her family. There was a wonderful play place in the London-Heathrow airport for the kids.

London Heathrow airport even had some very interesting varieties of fish. Laurel tries to catch up on sleep. Praise God for earplugs and eye covering! On-board GPS tracking told us exactly where we were the whole flight through. Laurel and the girls stretch out and wake up prior to breakfast and landing in Johannesburg.

Our first African sunrise. Quite beautiful between the cloud clusters. We have to adjust to driving on the left side of the road. (which is as they say... the right side!) We rested up at "Rest Awhile" a guesthouse for weary folks such as ourselves. The foliage in the back yard at Rest Awhile was very full.
