We Go by Faith!

Each NTM missionary is supported by financial gifts from churches and individuals. No one is paid a salary. Even those of us on staff at NTM training centers are supported by donations. For this reason I am so grateful for all those who have chosen to be partners with me in this tremendous task of taking the gospel to the ends of the earth.

Maybe you're wondering how you can be involved. There are 3 avenues of partnership by which you can be a part of my ministry:

1) Prayer Partners

We shouldn't underestimate the value of prayer. We often go to God when we come to the end of all our earthly resources, rather than go to Him first with all our needs. S. D. Gordon once said, "the real victory in all service is won beforehand in prayer. Service is gathering up the results." In other words, the real battle is done on our knees. The missionary endeavor is nothing more than reaping the fruit of the work which has previously been done in prayer. In this regard, you can have a vital part in the work of getting the gospel to the ends of the earth.

I'm especially thankful for those who are willing to be co-laborers with me in this ministry by praying for my needs. If you would like to join the team in helping to take the gospel to the unreached tribes of the world, I would be very grateful! Your prayers on my behalf will make the difference between having an effective ministry or simply ministering ineffectively!

"Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ's sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me." (Romans 15:30)

2) Encouragers

Missionaries are REAL people too. I can't tell you how many times I've been discouraged and been tempted to quit. But during those times the Lord in His faithfulness usually brings someone into my life to pick me up out of the dust and put me back on my feet. I'm so thankful for the "encouragers" that God sends my way.

3) Financial Partners

New Tribes Mission is a faith mission. Each missionary is responsible to raise his own support to meet living expenses and to carry on his ministry. Even those who are teachers at our training institutes are not paid a salary. They must also raise their own support. The mission acts as an agency to channel 100 percent of all contributions designated to the missionary. All gifts are tax deductible when sent through the Mission headquarters and will be acknowledged by a receipt from the office.
